Speaks Out

Do you think intelligent design is credible enough to be taught in public schools? Rajan Prehan

First-year, political science

Yes, I do. I think that intelligent design is a viewpoint that has a lot of support and I think even evolutionists have a hard time pointing to the initial creator or the initial step that actually started the Big Bang. I think intelligent design ... should maybe even be taught in concert with evolution, not necessarily as a replacement.

Zach Best

Second-year, music history

For theology class, but it has nothing to do with science so it shouldn’t be in science classes at all.

Rakhee Mirchandani

Third-year, physiological science

I do. I think for a class it would be credible to teach it. I mean, it’s a good elective for students who want to learn more about variations to other sciences.

Lily Paramaunt

First-year, neurology

Yes, I think it is.
