“Standard Operating Procedure” centers around the controversial Abu Ghraib photographs released in 2003 concerning the treatment of Iraqi prisoners soon after the start of the Iraq war. It will include previously unreleased photographs and interviews from former Abu Ghraib commanding officers and interrogators.
