UCLA’s Russell Westbrook defends Arizona point guard Nic Wise during the Bruins’ 82-60 win Saturday at Pauley Pavilion. UCLA held a double-digit lead for most of the game. Westbrook had a brilliant performance, scoring a career high of 21 points.
