Senior Riza Zalameda narrowly lost to the No. 101-ranked player in the world, Russia’s Alla Kudryavtseva, 3-6, 6-1, 7-6(5). On Tuesday, Zalameda defeated No. 127 Julia Goerges, 6-7(1), 7-5, 7-5. The No. 10 women’s tennis team takes on No. 8 USC today.
